Packet Pickup Information

FRIDAY PACKET PICKUP

In Effingham Friday Packet Pickup is offered to all participants at the Tuscan Hills Winery (race site).
Time 4:00pm - 5:30 pm

All Participants race packets will be available at the THW on Saturday.
SATURDAY RACE DAY REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICKUP AT THE THW

All PARTICIPANTS Packets will be at the Tuscan Hills Winery.
Opens at 8 am, Closes at 9:45.

Timing and Bibs

    The Runnin' of the Irish is an officially timed event using the disposable Bib Tag timing system provided by Kinetic Timing. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event.


In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bibs is:
  • Clearly visible on the front of the torso
  • Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
  • Pinned in all four corners
  • Not covered (jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.)
Results will be posted on-site, as soon as possible following the event and official results will be posted on our website within 24 hours.

How to Redeem your One Sample Beer.

1. Pickup your Race Packet.

2. Wear your Bib on the front of your shirt, NO BIB NO TIME.


3. Finish the race.


4. Get your ID, Wear your Race BIB, Remove and Present your bottom perforated portion of the bib, it says "One Sample Beer".


5. Drink a beer (Good for one domestic beer sample).
